Imagine being able to use the power of your mind to take your pain from a 9 down to a 2, or even 0
. Without any pills. This is a bit sensitive to share with others, but I have struggled with super painful menstrual cramps since I was a teenager. At times the pain has been so bad that I would sweat, vomit, or more frequently miss work (which says a lot since I’m a workhorse of a Capricorn). A plant based, whole food diet reduced the pain significantly, but I was still needing to take ibuprofen, which I know is harmful for my gut! Then I discovered hypnosis. It works better than the ibuprofen, better than the herbal remedies, better than anything I’ve tried so far.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool for managing pain. It works by inducing a deep state of relaxation, and it only has positive side effects that may improve your life in other unexpected ways! In a hypnotic state, the brain releases endorphins, which are natural pain-relieving chemicals. These endorphins dock on nerve cells, effectively blocking pain signals and altering the perception of discomfort. As a result, you could experience significant pain relief, demonstrating hypnosis’s potential as a complementary therapy in pain management.
